did anyone happen to see the MLB homerun derby last night. i have been pretty good about abstaining from the television (which is proved true by the fact that i made an A (and was in the top 10%) on the first test this week). But last night, while i was waiting anxiously for my professor to post the grades online, i sat and watched the derby on ted's neat hd tv. what josh hamilton did was amazing, and definitely worth reading about, and watching (in case you missed it ... watch and read it here on ESPN ) and it was cool to see him give all the glory to God.

so anyway, now i'm back in the library, studying for the next test, counting down the days (three) till i get to see crystal and finley again, wishing i was there in memphis helping them organize our home.

did you see how when we stopped watching it that he actually lost the home run derby in the next rounds? He still set the record but ended up losing. That is amazing. His story is amazing anyway and I am glad your class is going well.
